We hope to see many Eaton families for one of our favorite annual fundraisers & community building events. The Eaton book fair supports our community's love of reading, raises funds for the school, and provides hundreds of books for Eaton classrooms. We are also partnering with Comet Ping Pong pizzeria again this year. More details below!

How does the book fair benefit Eaton? 
  • 20% of your purchase at Politics & Prose bookstores will go back to Eaton. You must show the book fair flyer at check-out (either the hard copy or digital form). This is for the weekend of the book fair only and only for in-store purchases. 
  • Eaton teachers are creating wishlists for books to add to their classroom collections. You can purchase these books at the fair and also get the 20% contribution to Eaton.
If we purchase a book from a wish list, how does it get to the classroom teacher? We will send more specific directions leading up to the book fair, including a bag to use and bookplate stickers for the name of the student donating to the classroom collection.

Which Politics & Prose locations are participating? All 3 DC locations:
  • NW DC (5015 Connecticut Ave NW), 9am-9pm Saturday & 10am-8pm Sunday
  • The Wharf (610 Water Street SW), 10am - 8pm both days
  • Union Market (1324 4th Street NE), 10am - 8pm both days

What if we’re hungry after shopping? Stop for lunch at the Comet Ping Pong pizzeria near the NW DC location of Politics & Prose! For both days of the book fair, Comet has agreed to donate 15% of your lunchtime purchase to support Eaton. Just tell your server that you are supporting Eaton and write "EATON" on your lunch receipt.
