2025 Fifth Grade Sweet Send-Off & Promotion

Each Spring, Eaton celebrates our 5th-grade Eagles as they prepare to "leave the nest" and move on to middle school. Our send-off traditions are a fun and meaningful way to celebrate this milestone and make every student’s final year at Eaton extra sweet.
Here’s what’s on the menu for our 5th Grade celebration:
  • 🚌Fifth Grade Class Trip to Valley Mill
  • 📚Class Memory Book and Class T-shirt
  • 🎓Promotion Ceremony and Celebration Party with Catering
  • 🍎Teacher Appreciation Gifts
To cover these expenses for a sweet send-off , we ask for a suggested contribution of $100 per student, but every “scoop” counts! Those able to give more help ensure that every student can fully participate — no matter what.
  • Double Scoop $150   ~Your student’s scoop + support for another student
  • Regular Scoop $100   ~Suggested per-student contribution
  • The Split Scoop $50   ~Some now, maybe more later
  • Mini Scoop $25   ~A little goes a long way!
  • Add some sprinkles   ~An extra $10 for the shared fund
  • Sundae Sponsor $250+   ~Make this extra sweet: cover multiple students’ costs
How 5th Graders Will Participate
Our 5th graders aren’t just beneficiaries — they’ll be actively involved in making this year’s send-off a shared experience among all students.
They’ll take part in:
🍪 Bake Sale at the Pumpkin Party at Rosedale
☕ Hot Cocoa Stand at the Winter Tree Sale
