Newsies of Eaton are making headlines! This year, the Eaton Playhouse is proud to present Disney Newsies JR on May 17th & 18th on our very own Barbara Munday Stage! Under the guidance of our wonderful teachers and extended Eaton community, our talented 4th and 5th grade cast and dedicated crew have been hard at work to make this the best show in town! Now is the time to seize the day! Don’t miss one of these fantastic performances:
GET TICKETS HERE Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children/students. Purchase online and pick-up souvenir tickets on the day of the show or at a pre-show pop-up sales event. Tickets will be available at the door for $20 … but don’t wait - two of our performances SOLD OUT last year!!! All seats are general admission. Please consider a donation at checkout. There is also an opportunity to add a personalize “Best Wishes” message of thanks and support to specific members of cast, crew, or the production team. Best wishes must be purchased by May 8 to be included in the program. On sale at the Tickets Page. Our Newsies need YOU - it is not too late to volunteer to help out. Students will maintain consistent rehearsal attendance and positive behavior. Disruptive behavior and unexcused absences will result in the following consequences:
- Warning from production staff with an explanation of misbehavior (ex. talking to friends during rehearsal, unexcused absences).
- If a cast/techie’s behavior is deemed unacceptable by the production team, the cast member/techie may be cut from the performance or reassigned to a position with reduced responsibility and involvement.
