Eaton’s Family Food Pantry is NOW OPEN!
The Eaton ES community opened a small food pantry, open to anyone with children at Eaton. it is possible thanks to our partners at DC Food Project and DCPS’ Food Services. The pantry is a large locker full of dry goods/food that families can come “shop” or take from free of charge if they are having difficulty affording food for them and their children. Items include everything from pasta, canned goods, and snacks, to hygiene and breakfast items. Please sign in at the front security desk, then someone from the office can show you where it is. It is open between 8:45-9:15 am, and 3-6 pm Monday through Friday, and anytime after 4, please have a JEAP or security team member assist you. If you have any questions or need assistance, please drop by the front office between 8am-4pm on school days or contact Trish Berman at [email protected]. |
Keyboarding Practice |
Parents! Your child will been given an access to Clever Keybording Practice application. Kids need their student ID and their password is their digital birthdate MM/DD/YY. 10 minutes/day practice will get them proficiency on the keybaord. Longer, and their fingers get tired. Some do practice more and that is fine.
